Churchill mark 1

The Churchill mark 1 first appeared in 1941 due to the fear of an german invasion it was rushed int production. It was a long tank and had tracks running all across the side and had a lot of bogies. It had a small 2 pounder gun and 2 Besa machine gun the armor ranged from 16 to 102 mm thick, it was one of the most well armored allied tanks during the second world war.

Today I will introduce the Matilda Mark 2. It was an infantry support tank and was used in the North Africa Campaign during world war 2. It was a well armored machine using sloped armor in some areas of the hull and had effective spaced armor on its sides. I was armed with an QF 2 pounder cannon, but sadly it can not load high explosive shells due to this to attack infantry it had to use its machine guns. TANKS!!!!

British vechicles

A project funded by the British government to make a so called land battleship, therefore the tank was born.
The British mark one was enough to protect the men from small arms but not from armor piercing rounds or mortar shells.
